甲强龙治疗急性胆汁淤积性病毒性肝炎的临床观察

目的评价甲强龙对急性胆汁淤积性病毒性肝炎的治疗效果。方法随机将39例急性胆汁淤积性病毒性肝炎患者分为两组。对照组19例,给予常规治疗,治疗组20例,在常规治疗基础上,加用甲强龙80mg静脉滴注,4天后减量为40mg静脉滴注,一日一次,总疗程7天,疗程结束后3天比较两组临床症状和肝功能好转情况。结果治疗组在改善症状、缩短疗程、改善肝功能等方面明显优于对照组,治疗组总有效率为90.0%,而对照组仅为42.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗过程中均无明显的不良反应。结论甲强龙对急性胆汁淤积性病毒性肝炎有很好的治疗退黄作用。

Clinical observation of the effect of methylprednsolone in treating patients with acute cholestasis viral hepatitis

Objective To observe the effect of methylprednsolone in treating patients with acute cholesxasis viral hepatitis.Methods 39cases with acute cholestatic viral hepatitis were randomly divided into 2groups.The control group(19patients)got conventional treatment.Based on this therapy,methylprednsolone(80 mg once a day for 4 days),was added to the treatment group(20patients)and methylprednsolone was reduced to 40mg once a day for another 3days.The total treatment course lasted 7days.The clinical symptoms and liverfunction improvement of the 2 groups were compared after treatment in three days.Results The effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group on improving the symptoms,shortening the course and improving the liver function.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,while that of the control group was 42.1%.There was statistical significance in the comparison of the 2groups(P <0.01).There wasn’t significant side effects in the treatment process of both groups.Conclusion The effect of methylprednsolone in treating patients with acute cholesxasis viral hepatitis is satisfactory.
