卡马西平、左乙拉西坦单药治疗对癫痫部分性发作患儿脑电图的影响

目的观察左乙拉西坦(LEV)和卡马西平(CBZ)单药治疗对癫痫部分性发作患儿脑电图的影响。方法选取符合诊断标准的癫痫患儿80例,随机分2组,LEV组和CBZ组各40例,于治疗前及治疗后每3个月复查一次脑电图,观察治疗前后脑电图的变化。结果治疗后两组间临床发作控制比较无差异(P=0.68),治疗后两组间脑电图痫样放电比较,CBZ组痫样放电完全消失7例,减少50%以上7例,减少25%-49%11例,无变化8例,增加7例,LEV组痫样放电完全消失21例,减少50%以上7例,减少25%-49%6例,无变化3例,增加3例。两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论 LEV作为一种新型抗癫痫药物,在改善脑电图方面具有明显的优势,在治疗小儿癫痫部分性发作方面具有广大的应用前景。

Changes of electroencephalogram in children with partial seizures treated by Carbamazepine and Levetiracetam as monotherapy

Objective To observe the changes of electroencephalogram(EEG) in children with partial seizures treated with Carbamazepine or Levetiracetam.Methods Choose 80 children diagnosed with partial seizures and randomly divided into 2 groups,every group 40 children.Carbamazepine and Levetiracetam are used respectively for the two groups.And their EEGs are examined before therapy and every 3 months after therapy and the attention is paid to the changes.Results Clinical controls over seizures are not significantly different between the two groups(P =0.68),but the epileptic discharges is obviously different(P =0.001): for the CBZ group,the epileptic discharges in 7 children disappear,7 decrease more than 50%,11 decrease 25%-49%,8 show no changes in epileptic discharges and 7 increase.While for the LEV group,the epileptic discharges in 21 children disappear,7 decrease more than 50%,6 decrease 25%-49%,3 show no changes in epileptic discharges and 3 increase.Conclusion LEV can significantly decrease the epileptic discharges on EEG.As a new anti-epileptic drug,LEV has a promising future in clinical use for treating children with partial seizures.
