| 摘 要： | 慢性心力衰竭是各种心脏结构或功能性疾病所导致的心室充盈及（或）射血能力受损而引起的一组综合征,有研究证明,慢性心力衰竭主要的生理病理表现是心肌发生纤维化,结缔组织生长因子是一种促成纤维细胞分裂和胶原沉积的细胞因子,在心肌组织纤维化的发生和发展过程中起重要作用,因此,针对结缔组织生长因子在慢性心力衰竭中作用的研究也陆续展开,现就结缔组织生长因子介导慢性心力衰竭心肌纤维化的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Chronic heart failure(CHF) is a structural or functional disease of the heart caused by poor ventricular filling and/or ejection ability.Studies have shown that the main physiology and pathology of CHF is myocardial fibrosis.Connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) plays an important role in the development and occurrence of myocardial tissue fibrosis.Therefore research has been done to show CTGF's role in CHF.This article reviews progress made in research focused on CTGF mediated myocardial fibrosis in CHF. |
