| 摘 要： | 心源性猝死是冠心病患者死亡的主要原因,而其发生主要与威胁生命的室性心律失常有关。大量随机试验表明,他汀类药物可降低冠心病患者心源性猝死的发生,但这一结果并不能完全通过其调脂作用来解释,可能与其潜在的抗室性心律失常特性有关,现就他汀对室性心律失常的影响和其潜在的病理生理学机制做一综述。

| Abstract: | Sudden cardiac death,which is mainly associated with the presence of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias(VA),is common among patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Large randomized trials suggested that statin therapy may result in a reduction of sudden cardiac death in patients with CHD.This favorable result is not entirely explained by lipid modulation.It could be related to potential antiarrhythmic properties of statins against VA.This review discusses the effect of statin treatment on VA and its... |
