| 摘 要： | 当前,自噬已成为国内外研究的热点.近几年来,自噬作为细胞原始的及进化保守的细胞稳态机制,已经与心血管疾病、神经退行性疾病、免疫性疾病及感染性疾病广泛挂钩.自噬在多种疾病的作用的重要性越来越引起人们的关注.现就最近几年脂多糖诱导的自噬在心血管方面的研究成果进行综述.
