米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于早期妊娠流产的效果分析

目的：探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇不同给药方式在孕早期流产中的应用效果。方法：回顾分析2009年1月～2012年12月要求终止妊娠患者200例。分析米非司酮联合米索前列醇早孕流产的临床疗法及安全性。将200例患者分为4组：A组患者：米非司酮75mg每天晨起空腹顿服1次，共2d，第3d晨起空腹顿服米索前列醇600肛g。B组：米非司酮75mg每天晨起空腹顿服1次，共2d，第3d晨起阴道放置米索前列醇600μg。C组患者：米非司酮晨起空腹口服50mg／次，晚口服25mg／次，共2d，第3d晨起空腹顿服米索前列醇600μg。D组：米非司酮晨起空腹口服50mg／次，晚口服25mg／次，共2d，第3d晨起阴道放置米索前列醇600μg。结果：米非司酮联合米索前列醇流产4组成功率均令人满意。相同的给药途径流产效果差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而不同给药途径流产效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：米非司酮口服联合米索前列醇600μg阴道给药的早期流产方法更为简便、安全、有效、痛苦小。值得临床推广使用。

An Effectiveness Analysis of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol for Early Pregnancy Abortion

Objective： To evaluate the application effect of different modes of delivery of Mifepristone Com- bined with Misoprostol in early pregnancy abortion. Method： Make a retrospective study on 200 patients of ter- minating pregnancy during January 2009 to December 2012. Analyzing the clinical therapy and safety of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol used for early pregnancy abortion. 200 patients were divided into 4 groups. Group A. taking Mifepristone （75 mg）at a draught and on an empty stomach for once in the morning, a total of 2 days, taking Misoprostol（600 ptg）at a draught and on an empty stomach from the morning of the 3 rd day. Group B： taking Mifepristone （75 mg） at a draught and on an empty stomach for once in the morning, a total of 2 days, placing Misoprostol（600 /~g）in vagina from the morning of the 3rd day. Group C： taking Mifepristone （50 mg） on an empty stomach for once in the morning, and Mifepristone （25mg） on an empty stomach for once in the evening, a total of 2 days, taking Misoprostol （600 ~g） at a draught and on an empty stomach from the morning of the 3rd day. Group D： taking Mifepristone（50 mg）on an empty stomach for once in the morning, and Mifepristone（25 mg）on an empty stomach for once in the evening, a total of 2 days, plac- ing Misoprostol（600 /~g）in vagina from the morning of the 3rd day. Result： The success rate of the 4 groups of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol for abortion is satisfactory. Difference of abortion effect from the same route of administration were not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）. Difference of abortion effect due to different route of administration were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The method of oral administration of Mifepristone Combined with placing Misoprostol in vagina for early abortion is more simple and convenient, safe, effective and less painful, worthy of clinical use.
