蒙汉27例孤独症儿童行为干预的临床比较

目的：探讨蒙古族、汉族孤独症儿童行为干预的疗效。方法：对27例蒙汉孤独症患儿采用行为治疗方法，一对一个体化训练结合集体训练进行为期3～6个月的强化训练，平均4．3个月。结果：经过CANS／ABC量表训练前后对比分析，27例均不同程度行为改善，13种目标行为有明显的改善，ABC得分差异有统计学意义。结论：一对一个体化训练结合集体训练对孤独症有效，蒙古族地区与内地患儿发病率无显著差异，但伴发多动、冲动行为较内地高。

A Comparative Study of the Clinical Effect of Behavioral Intervention on 27 Mongolian and Chinese Children with Autism

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of behavioral intervention on 27 Mongolian and Chi- nese children with autism. Method： 27 Mongolia and Chinese children with autism were received a behavioral therapy in which one- on- one individualized training were combined with group training for a period of 3- 6 months（the average is 4.3 month）. Result： Comparative analysis indicated, the score of CARS/ABC scale was statistically significant before and after the training, the behavior of 27 patients was improved in varying de- grees, 13 kinds of target behavior were significantly improved. Conclusion： The behavioral therapy that one- on - one individualized training combined with group training is effective with autism. The incidence of autism for children in Mongolian Area and Mainland is no significant difference, however , children with autism in Mongo- lian Area are more associated with hyperactivity or impulsive behavior than in Mainland.
