层级培训在新护士带教管理中的应用分析

摘    要:目的 探究分析在新护士带教管理时应用层级培训的效果.方法 对我院妇科新护士应用层级培训方法,共分为三个培训阶层.在进行培训前后使用我院自制考核表对护士进行考核,对比前后成绩.结果 新护士在应用层级培训之后相关技能与理论有了显著提升,对比培训前两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 传统对新护士带教管理并不系统与专业,护士在培训之后专业素质没有得到有效提升,通过规范的层级培训能够让新护士快速的掌握其护理理论知识及技能,更加有效提高护理水平,促进护患之间的和谐关系.

Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of multilevel nursing training in teaching management for the new nurses.Methods New nurses in our department of gynaecology were given multilevel nursing training method,training will be divided into three classes.In training course,our homemade progress review for nurses was used before and after the test,scores before and after training were compared.Results The related skills and theory of new nurses after training has significantly increased compared to those before the training,which showed significant difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion The traditional teaching management is not systematic and professional,professional quality of the nurses can't effectively increase after the training,while through specified multilevel nursing training new nurses could quickly master the theoretical knowledge and nursing skills,improve the nursing level more effectively,and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
