| 摘 要： | 目的 研究护理干预对糖尿病患者血糖及并发症的影响.方法 选取本院2008年3月至2012年3月516例糖尿病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组.对对照组患者进行常规护理,对实验组患者进行全面护理干预,将两组治疗效果进行对比.结果 实验组患者临床症状减轻程度明显高于对照组,血糖控制有效率达79.33％,两组血糖差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对患者进行护理干预可以提高治疗效果,缩短患者治疗周期,减少并发症的产生.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on blood glucose and complications in diabetic patients.Methods We selected 516 diabetic patients in this hospital,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was given with routine nursing,comprehensive nursing intervention was given to the patients in the experimental group,comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The alleviating degree of clinical symptoms of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,the effective rate of blood glucose control was 79.33%,showing statistical significant difference between two glucose groups,Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten treatment period,and reduce the occurrence of complications. |
