Orem自理模式在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用

目的 观察Orem自理模式在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 将416例老年糖尿病患者按患者住院号奇偶数随机分为对照组201例,观察组215例,两组均执行常规护理,观察组同时实施Orem自理模式,观察两组患者自我管理及治疗依从性.结果 出院时观察组主动监测血糖占96.7％、自律运动占91.1％,治疗依从占96.7％、饮食控制占93％,均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 Orem自理模式应用于老年糖尿病患者,能提高患者自理能力,改善生活质量.

Application of orem self-care model in nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes

Objective To investigate the application of Orem self-care model in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 416 patients with diabetes were divided into the observation group （215 cases） and the control group （201cases）.The Orem self-care model was used in the observation group,while the routine nursing care was given to the control group,self-management and treatment compliance in two groups were observed.Results Active surveillance at discharge in observation group,blood glucose （96.7%）,selfmovement （91.1%）,treatment compliance （96.7%）,the diet control （93%） were all significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using Orem self-care model in nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes can improve self-care ability of patients,and improve their quality of life.
