| 摘 要： | 作者采用形态计量法,对小鼠骨髓瘤细胞系(SP2/0—Ag14)及其与免疫小鼠脾淋巴细胞融合产生的杂交瘤细胞系进行了形态测量。对两种细胞的结构参数做了统计比较。结果表明杂种细胞的平均直径(?)及平均体积(?)均比亲本细胞大(P<0.001)。杂种细胞的粗面内质网明显扩张;高尔基区分泌小泡增多;线粒体明显肿大。提示:杂种细胞的分泌能力较强。

| Abstract: | In this report, morphometry method was used to measure the mouse myeloma cell line (Sp2/0-Ag14) and hybridoma cell line which was fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 and immunized mouse splenic lymphocytes. The structural parameters of the two cell lines were compared statistically. The results indicated that the average diameter and the average volume of hybridoma cells were larger than those of the parental cells(P<0.001). The cisternae of the rough surface endoplastic reticalum in hybridomas were dilated obviously; the coereting vescles of Golgi area increased; the mitochondria were found to be significatly swollen. It suggests that the hybridoma has a stronger secretory ability. |
