泪道探通后玻璃酸钠与典必舒眼膏联合应用治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨玻璃酸钠与典必舒眼膏在泪道探通后治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果。方法将58例患者随机的分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组29例(30眼)在泪道探通后,注入玻璃酸钠与典必舒眼膏。对照组29例(29眼),泪道探通方法同上,术中不采用玻璃酸钠冲洗和典必舒眼膏留置。结果治疗结束后,治疗组有效率为76.7%,对照组有效率为34.8%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论泪道探通后,玻璃酸钠与典必舒眼膏联合应用,对防止泪道探通后的再黏连疗效显著,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Abstract:Objective . To investigate the curative effect of sodium .hyaluronate and tobradex eye ointment on treating chronic dacrocystitis after probing through of lacrimal passage injection. Methods 58 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The 29 cases (30 eyes)of treatment group were injected with sodium hyaluronate and tobradex eye ointment after lacrimal passage probed through. A control group of 29 cases ( 29 eyes), lacrimal passage probing method ibid,intraoperative using sodium hyaluronate flushing and code would be comfortable eye ointment lien. Results At the end of treatment,the response rates were 76.7% and 34. 8% respectively. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion The combined application of sodium hyaluronate and tobradex eye ointment after lacrimal passage probed through was effective in treatment of preventing re - adherence after lacrimal passage probed through, and was worth promotion and application in primary hospitals.
