不同孕期胎儿感染梅毒螺旋体妊娠结局分析

目的探讨不同孕期胎儿感染梅毒螺旋体后的结局分析。方法选取2006年1月～2011年4月于本院进行生产治疗的妊娠梅毒患者56例为研究对象,将其随机分为A组（≤12周治疗组）14例、B组（13～28周治疗组）14例、C组（≥29周治疗组）14例和D组（未治疗组）14例,将4组患者的足月分娩率、早产率、死胎率及低体重儿发生率、畸形率、Apgar评分及母婴RPR滴度进行检测及比较。结果A组的足月分娩率高于B、C及D组,以D组最低,A组的早产率、死胎率及低体重儿发生率、畸形率均低于B、C及D组,以D组最高,母婴RPR滴度A组也最佳,A组中治疗2个疗程者母婴RPR滴度优于1个疗程者,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期治疗对改善妊娠梅毒的预后有着积极的意义,因此主张早期治疗。

Pregnancy outcome of gestation fetal infected by treponema in different stages

Objective To investigate the pregnancy outcome of gestation fetal infected by treponema in different stages. Methods January 2006 - May 2011 for production in our hospital treated 56 cases of syphilis for the pregnancy study were randomly divided into group A （≤12 weeks, treatment group, n = 14）, group B （13 to 28 weeks, n = 14）, group C （ ≥29 weeks, n = 14） and group D （n = 14） 14 cases, group A, B and C were treated, group D were not. Full - term delively rate, preterm delivery, stillbirth rate and the incidence of low birth weight children, malformation rate, apgar score and maternal RPR titer were compared. Results Full - term birth rate in group A was higher than that of group B, C and D, the group D was the lowest. Preterm birth rate, still birth and low birth weight children the incidence of malformations in group A were lower than those of group B, C and D, the group D was the highest. Maternal RPR titer in group A was the best, of those who accepted 2 courses of treatment was superior to 1 cause. The differences were statically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The early treatment could improve the prognosis of syphilis in pregnancy.
