眼眶肿瘤的彩色多普勒超声与CT的对比研究

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声与CT在诊断眼眶肿瘤的临床应用价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声及CT对33例患者眼眶肿块进行检查。结果33例眼眶肿块患者中，良性22例，恶性11例。其中泪腺混合瘤6例，恶性混合瘤2例，腺样囊性癌2例；眶内血肿2例，海绵状血管瘤5例；神经鞘瘤3例；炎性假瘤4例，皮样囊肿2例；淋巴瘤4例；血管外皮细胞瘤2例；转移癌1例。结论彩色多普勒超声及CT对诊断眼眶肿瘤具有重要价值。

Orbital tumor by color Doppler ultrasound and CT comparative study

Objective To discuss the value of color Dopppler ultrasonography and CT in diagnosis of orbital tumors. Methods There 33 cases with orbital tumor were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and CT. Results Among 33 cases of orbital tumor,22 cases were with benign tumor, 11 cases of malignant tumor,6 cases of mixed tumor of lacrimal gland,2 cases of malignant mixed tumour of lacrimal gland ,2 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma,2 cases of baematoma,5 cases of hemangioma,3 cases of neurilemmoma, 4 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor,2 cases of dermoid ,4 cases of lymphoma, 2 cases of hemangiopericytoma 1 cases of Adenoearcinoma. Conclusion Color Doppler uhrasonography and CT are an elective method for diagnosis of orbital tumor.
