| 摘 要： | 目的旨在通过主动免疫疗法联合中药治疗习惯性流产，探讨临床治疗习惯性流产的有效方法。方法将60例习惯性流产患者随机分为A组及B组，A组（试验组）30例，采用主动免疫疗法联合中药补肾汤治疗，B组（对照组）30例，采用主动免疫疗法。比较两组的临床疗效。结果A组的治疗效果要优于B组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用主动免疫疗法联合中药补肾汤治疗习惯性流产安全、有效，可提高患者的免疫反应性，并且可提高疗效和妊娠成功率，值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical effective method of treatment Recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） by active immunization combined with Chinese herbs of busen Decoction. Methods 60 cases with primary or secondary RSA were randomly divided into two groups： 30 cases （ group A） were treated with active immunization combined with Traditional Herb,3Ocases（ group B） simply with active immunization. Results There were no significant differences between group A and B （P 〈0. 05）. Groun A is battier than group B. Conclusion Active immunization combined with Chinese herbs is safe and effective in treatment of explained recurrent spontaneous abortion, May enhance patient＇s immunity reactivity, may enhance the curative effect and the pregnancy success ratio which is worth popularizing. |
