去氧孕烯炔雌醇与戊酸雌二醇治疗青春期功能失调性出血的疗效比较

目的比较去氧孕烯炔雌醇与戊酸雌二醇治疗青春期功能性子宫出血（功血）的临床疗效。方法将96例青春期功血患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，分别给予戊酸雌二醇片和去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组住院天数、阴道流血明显减少时间、完全止血时间、住院期间平均出血量及不良反应发生率均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期功血，疗效显著，不良反应少，效果优于戊酸雌二醇。

The effect comparation of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescence in the treatment of desogestrel and estradiol valerate

Objective To compare the clinical effect of Desogestrel and Estradiol Valerate in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescence. Methods Divided 96 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding into control group and treatment group and treated in estradiol valertate and desogestrel respectively. Then observation was conducted on the clin- ical effect. Results The hospitalization, time of a vaginal bleeding, hemostasis and the average amount of bleeding and unto- ward effect in treatment group was significantly less than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of Desogestrel for the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescence has significant curative effect and less untoward effect, so it was superior to Estradiol Valerate.
