| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CA125和CEA对乳腺癌诊断的临床应用价值。方法选择49例病理学诊断为乳腺癌患者和100例乳腺良性病变患者作为研究对象。52例健康体检女性为对照组。采用化学发光法检测3组人群CA153、CA125、CEA血清水平，然后进行统计学分析。结果乳腺癌患者组血清CA153、CA125、CEA含量较健康对照组显著升高（P〈0．05），其中CA153，和CA125水平较乳房良性肿瘤患者组显著升高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论检测CA153、CA125、CEA对乳腺癌的诊断有一定的价值，其中CA153和CEA对良、恶性乳腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断具有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the tumor - associated antigen CA153 , CA125 , CEA level of significance and value of breast cancer diagnosis. Methods 49 cases, who underwent pathological diagnosis, with breast eanee and 100 breast benign lesions patients were detected by ehemil of serum CA153 , CA125 , and CEA level, compared with 100 healthy women. Results In the patients with breast cancer and benign breast tumor, CA153 and CA125 level varied significantly（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The dynamic detection of women CA153 , CA125 level in breast cancer diagnosis plays an important role in early warning and prompt. |
