匹维溴铵联合谷维素治疗老年肠易激综合征临床疗效观察

目的探讨匹维溴铵联合谷维素治疗老年肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将73例老年肠易激综合征患者随机分为试验组（n=37例）和对照组（n：36例）。试验组给予匹维溴铵治疗，3次／d，每次50mg，另给予谷维素治疗，3次／d，每次30mg。对照组只给予匹维溴铵治疗，3次／d，每次50mg。两组均以30d为1个疗程，评估两组的I临床治疗效果。结果试验组和对照组的显效率分别62．3％和27．8％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=6．37，P〈0．05）。试验组和对照组的总有效率分别89．2％和61．1％，两组比较差异亦有统计学意义（χ2=7．45，P〈0．05）。两组均未出现明显不良反应，患者耐受性好。结论匹维溴铵联合谷维素治疗老年肠易激综合征疗效明显，不良反应轻微，值得临床推广。

Investigation of pinaverinm bromide combined with oryzanoi in the treatment of older patients with irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of pinaverinm bromide combined with oryzanol in the treatment of older patients with irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Seventy - three older patients with irritable bowel syndrome （ Rome II diagnostic criteria for functional bowel disorders） were randomly divided into two groups： test group （n = 37 ） and eontrol group （n = 36）. Control group were given pinaverium bromide treatment, three times a day, each time 50 rag. Test group were treated on the basis of another given oryzanol treatment three times a day, each time 30 mg. One cycle include 30 days, ob- served the clinical effect. Results The effective rate of the test group and control group were 64.5% and 26.7% , respectively, there were significant differences between the two groups （χ2 = 6. 37, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Oryzanol plus pinaverium bromide in the treatment of older patients with irritable bowel syndrome has better clinical efficacy, mild adverse reactions, it is worthy of promotion.
