摘    要:目的 介绍一种创新性的高效无创透皮给药系统--吸杯无针注射器透皮给药系统,并验证其药物释放效力.方法 该系统同时利用两种物理方法,一是改变皮肤表面积,拉大皮肤各组织细胞间隙;二是使皮肤内部的压强小于外部注射药筒内药物的压强,从而使液体药物透过皮肤进入体内.以未调节压强的吸杯无针注射器透皮给药系统为对照,观察正常使用时该系统的透皮给药效力.结果 在同一实验动物左右相对位置,正常使用给药系统的试验部位皮下间隙及所对应的肌肉处都有药液进入,皮肤完整无损;未调节压强使用给药系统的对照部位则没有观察到药液透过皮肤.结论 吸杯无针注射器透皮给药系统可使原来不能透过皮肤的药物进入皮下及肌肉,且不损坏皮肤,是一种透皮给药的新方法,具有极大的应用前景.

Abstract:Objective To introduce suction cup non invasive syringe transdermal - drug delivery system, an innovative efficient uoninvasive drug delivery system, and verify the drug releasing effectiveness of this system. Methods Suction cup non invasive syringe transdermal -drug delivery system applies two physical methods at the same time. It increases epithelial intercellular space by changing the surface of skin, meanwhile it makes the pressure of skin internal less than the pressure of drugs in external syringe. The application of suction cup non invasive syringe transdermal - drug delivery system effects on hen's cutaneous penetration, with the system of no pressure adjustment as control. Results The liquid drug can be found in the hypoderm and muscle of the experimental position where the skin is keeping non - destructive, and there is no drug in control position at the corresponding location at the same time. Conclusion Suction cup non invasive syringe transdermal - drug delivery system can help iuject liquid drug, which cannot penetrate before, into the skin effectively and non - destructively. It is a new way- for cutaneous penetration and has a great application prospect.
