微通道与标准通道气压弹道碎石术治疗肾结石的疗效比较

目的评价微通道（F16）与标准通道（F24）气压弹道碎石治疗肾结石的疗效及安全性。方法收集治疗肾、输尿管上段结石经采用微通道气压弹道碎石42例与标准通道气压弹道碎石78例，分析比较两种方法的疗效及并发症，并对两种方法的手术时间、结石清除率及手术并发症进行对比分析。结果微通道经皮肾气压弹道碎石术治疗组与标准通道经皮肾气压弹道碎石术治疗组结石清除率分别为95．0％与95．3％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），并发症发生率分别为35．7％与33．3％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），平均取石时间分别为（82±35）min与（45±21）min，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论两种方法的结石清除率、并发症发生率无显著性差异，均是微创、高效的碎石方法。两种通道严重出血、感染发生率无显著性差异。标准通道气压弹道碎石术能缩短手术时间，效率优于微通道气压弹道碎石术。

Comparison of therapeutic effects between microchannel and normochannel

Objective Evaluation the safety and efficacy of Minimally Invasive Pereutaneous Nephrolithotomy, and Pereutaneous Nephroscopic Manipulation（PCNL） for renal calculi. Methods Comparative analysis for efficacy and complications between the two methods was made, also the operation time and stone clearance. Results 42 cases were treated by mini -pereutaneous（ F1 6 ）renal tract, and 78 cases standard pereutaneous（F24） renal tract. Stone clearance was respectively 95.0% and 95. 3%. Complication rate was respectively 35.7% and 33.3%. There was no difference between the two groups for stone clearance and eomplicalion rate （P 〉 0. 05）. Stone removal time was respectively （82 ±35） minutes and （45 ±21 ） minutes, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The efficiency for shortening operation time of standard percutaneous （F24） renal tract is better than mini -percutaneous （F16）renal tract. There was no difference on other aspects between the two groups.
