高频超声评价臭氧治疗肩周炎的价值

目的应用高频超声评价臭氧治疗肩周炎的价值。方法将100例肩周炎患者随机分为臭氧治疗组和传统理疗组,每组50人;根据超声图像将肩周炎分为炎症型、钙化（纤维化）型和破裂（撕裂）型,评价治疗不同时间两种治疗方法对各型肩周炎的治疗效果。结果两种治疗方法对炎症型肩周炎均具有较好的治疗效果,两组间无显著性差异（P〉0．05）;对于其余两种类型肩周炎,臭氧治疗组疗效明显优于传统理疗组（P〈0．05）。结论臭氧治疗肩周炎有效,对纤维钙化、慢性损伤等类型肩周炎较传统理疗法具有更佳的疗效。

The value of ozone in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by high ultrasound

Objective To assess the value of ozone in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by high ultrasound. Methods I00 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into traditional physical treatment group and ozone treatment group ,50 cases in each group ;periarthritis of shoulder was divided into three types：inflammation type, calcification （fibration） type and rupture（tearing） type, to assess the treatment effectiveness of two methods. Results Two treatment methads are effective to treat inflammation type of periarthritis of shoulder, there is no significant differences between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, the ozone treatment has better effectiveness than the traditional physical treatment to the other two types of pefiarthritis of shoulder （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ozone was effective to treat periarthritis of shoulder and it was a more effective method to treat calcification （fibratian）type and rupture（tearing） type of periarthritis of shoulder.
