| 摘 要： | 胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST)是胃肠道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤,免疫组织化学染色大多数呈CD117阳性.传统放疗和化疗对GIST几乎无效.酪氨酸激酶抑制剂甲磺酸伊马替尼的临床应用使GIST的治疗发生了重大的改变,为部分晚期GIST患者带来了延长生存期的疗效.同时由于对GIST基因突变认识的进一步提高,使GIST的诊断率显著提高.
