丹参药材乙醇提取物高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘    要: 目的建立丹参药材乙醇提取物高效液相色谱指纹图谱,以便比较完整地反映丹参内在化学信息,全面评价丹参内在质量,初步揭示指纹图谱与药物作用的关系。方法采用梯度洗脱高效液相色谱法分析丹参乙醇提取物。结果建立了丹参指纹图谱,以隐丹参酮为参照物,得出主要共有峰相对保留时间、相对峰面积,作为丹参指纹图谱相关技术参数。对4个产地的丹参样品测定显示主要共有峰相对保留时间重复性好(RSD<1.0%)、相对峰面积有明显差别。结论丹参药材指纹图谱可用于评价丹参药材质量,同时通过对指纹图谱解析,可对药材进行治疗作用强弱或治疗作用取向的评价。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprint of alcohol extracts from Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae for reflecting the internal chemical information of radix salviae miltiorrhizae and evaluating its internal quality, and to preliminarily reveal the relation between the fingerprint and drug action. METHODS Gradient elution HPLC was used to analyze the alcohol extracts of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. RESULTS Cryptotanshinone was used as the reference substance and the fingerprint of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was established. The correlation technical parameters of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae were obtained i.e. the main common peak with relative retention rime and relative peak area. Finally the samples of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiza from four production areas were analyzed. It was showed that the repeatability of the relative retention times was good(RSD<1.0% )for the main common peak and the relative peak areas had significant differences. CONCLUSION The fingerprint can be used to evaluate the quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Through analyzing the fingerprint, the strength or thedirection of the therapy action of the herb may be evaluated.
