| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳酸杆菌属细菌的缺失与诊断该病疗效,观察妇女细菌性阴道病的相关性。方法:对229例(包括108例细菌性阴道病妇女)年龄为22~45岁之间的妇女阴道分泌物涂片检查,显微镜下观察细菌形态,计数其数量。结果:细菌性阴道病妇女的阴道菌群主要为阴道加特纳菌,类杆菌形态及革兰变异弯曲弧菌形态的小细菌占优势,无乳酸杆菌属细菌。对照组阴道群主要为乳酸杆菌属细菌,或多数为乳酸杆菌属细菌,少数为阴道加特纳菌。结论:观察妇女阴道乳酸杆菌属细菌的变化是辅助诊断细菌性阴道病和判断预后的重要方法之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To approach the relationship between short lactobacillus and diagnosis or viewing prognosis for women bacterial vaginosis.Methods:The vaginosis liquids of 229 children aged 3 ~15 and 108 women with bacterial vaginosis were smeared and analyzed to observe and count the bacters under the microscope.Results:The most bacters of women bacterial vaginosis were gardnrella vaginallis, bacteroides and variant vibrio,there were no lactobacillus; while that of control women were lactobacillus,lactobacillus and gardnrella vaginallis.Conclusion:The lactobacillus of women bacterial vaginosis is one of important method to diagnose bacterial vaginosis and evaluate the outcome. |
