新形势下护理管理工作面临的问题及对策

护理管理如何适应医学模式转变和医院改革的新形势，是广大护理管理者面临的严峻挑战。目前，护理管理工作面临的一些问题，是导致护理管理水平不高，影响护理学科发展的主要原因。我们应改革护理管理体制，以适应医学模式转变；注重群体素质培养，发挥护理人员的潜在能力；不能总结和改进工作方法，提高工作效率；重视教育，培养高层次的护理管理人才，加强理论研究，发展护理教育事业；提高护理科研水平，促进护理学科发展。

Issues in Nursing Management under the New Condition and the Countermeasure.

It was a severe challenge for nursing administrator that how to adapt in change of medical model and hospital reform.There were some exiting problems in nursing management that resulted in low level management and hindered development of nursing science.Some measures should be done to solve the problems,such as reforming nursing managemet system to adapt in change of medical model,paying attention to improve the quality of the whole nurses to develop their potential abilities,improving work methods to promote work efficiency,paying attention to education to train senior nursing management professional,enforcing theoretical research to develop nurse education and improving nursing scientific research to promote development of nursing science.
