| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人群血尿酸水平与高血压的相关性及其临床意义.方法采用尿酸酶法分别测定152例老年高血压患者81例老年健康体检者及88例非老年血压正常者的血清尿酸水平.结果老年高血压组血清尿酸的含量明显高于老年对照组;而老年对照组的血清尿酸含量明显高于非老年血压正常组.结论血尿酸的异常增高是老年高血压发病因素之一;血尿酸的水平随年龄增加而升高.
