| 摘 要： | 目的 建立骨疼丸的质量控制方法.方法 采用薄层鉴别法对延胡索、当归、川芎进行定性鉴别,用HPLC测定样品中天麻素的含量.结果 薄层鉴别检出延胡索和当归;天麻素在0.204～1.020 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率99.21%,RSD为1.62%.结论 本法可用于骨疼丸的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a quality control method for Guteng pills.Methods using TLC identification of Rhizoma Corydalis,angelica,Chuanxiong were identified,using HPLC method for determination of the content of gastrodin.Results The TLC detection of Corydalis yanhusuo and Angelica;gastrodin in 0.204~1.020 μg range of linearity,recovery rate was 99.21%,RSD was 1.62%.Conclusion this method can be used for guteng pill quality control. |
