| 摘 要： | 蔗糖铁注射液是一种静脉铁注射剂,用以治疗缺铁性贫血。本文对比了原子吸收光谱法、氧化还原滴定法和络合滴定法,并对选用的络合滴定条件进行了全面考察。在盐酸和过氧化氢溶液的作用下,用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至2.2~2.5,加Tiron指示剂,用乙二胺四醋酸二钠滴定液滴定至溶液显纯黄色,并计算铁含量。试验结果表明其精密度好,准确度高,成本低,是一种适合蔗糖铁注射液铁含量测定的方法。
