脑出血并发院内肺部感染52例临床分析

目的:探讨脑出血并发院内肺部感染的发病因素、临床特点及防治措施。方法:对收治的96例脑出血并发肺部感染的52例患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:脑出血并发医院内肺部感染的感染率为54.2%,痰培养致病菌以G-菌多见,占63.0%。结论:脑出血患者高龄、病情重、合并基础疾病者肺部感染率高,强调治疗上的统筹兼顾、防治结合。

Clinical analysis of 52 cases of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection

Objective： To discuss the pathogenesis and manifestations of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection, and to find out proper treatments. Methods： Data of 52 out of 96 collected cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection cases were retrospectively analyzed. Resuits： The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage which is complicated with hospital acquired pulmonary infection was 54. 7 %, and the sputum culture showed G-pathogenic bacteria was the common pathogenic bacteria accounting for 64.5%. Conclusion： Cerebral hemorrhage patients were always elderly and in severe condition, with high incidence of lung infection due to primary diseases. For them, therapeutic schedule should focus on both prevention and treatments.
