喹硫平与舒必利对精神分裂症患者体重及血清催乳素的影响

目的：比较喹硫平与舒必利对精神分裂症患者体重及血清催乳素（PRL）水平的影响。方法：对70例精神分裂症患者随机分组治疗,喹硫平组35例予喹硫平治疗,平均剂量（696.8±118.6）mg/d,舒必利组35例予舒必利治疗,平均剂量为（653.4±101.3）mg/d。观察8周。两组于治疗前及治疗第4、8周末分别采用放射免疫法测定血清PRL水平,并评定阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、体重和体重指数（BMI）,比较两组的差异。结果：两组治疗前后的PANSS总分及减分率两组间无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。经治疗后,不管男女,喹硫平组各时点的血清PRL水平和体重均无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;舒必利组在治疗第4、8周末的体重、体重指数及血清PRL值均显著高于喹硫平组（P〈0.05或0.01）。结论：喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效与舒必利相当,但对患者的体重及血清催乳素（PRL）水平无显著影响。

A Control-study on the Effects of the Serum Prolactin Levels and Weight Gain between Quetiapine and Sulpiride in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective：To compare the effects of the serum prolactin levels （PRL）and weight gain between quetiapine and sulpiride in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method：Totally 70 cases with schizophrenia of CCMD-3 were randomly divided into two groups.The quetiapine group（n=35） were treated with quetiapine of mean dose （696.8±118.6）mg/d and the sulpiride group（n=35） were receiving sulpiride of mean dose（653.4±101.3）mg/d.Before treatment and at the end of 4th,8th week of treatment,each group were tested serum PRL levels with radioimmune assay and were evaluated with the positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS）.The body weight and body mass index （BMI） were also observed for 8 weeks and the data were compared.Result：There was no significant difference between the two groups in PANSS total scores and reducing score rates before and after treatment（P0.05）.In the quetiapine group of each gender,the weight gain and the serum PRL levels showed no significant difference among each period of treatment（p0.05）.But,in the sulpiride group,the body weight and BMI and the serum PRL levels showed significantly higher at the end of 4th and 8th week of treatment than those in the quetiapine group（P0.05 or 0.01）.Conclussion：The effects quetiapine is similar to sulpiride in the treatment of schizophrenia and has no significant effects on body weight and serum PRL levels.
