肺结核病合并感染铜绿假单胞菌的药敏分析

目的调查分析铜绿假单胞菌对抗生素的耐药情况。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司自动微生物鉴定仪,对360例培养有各类致病菌的患者中、分离出106例合并感染铜绿假单胞菌的肺结核患者进行鉴定及药物临床分析。其中15～50岁19例,51～88岁87例。结果铜绿假单胞菌的感染率29.4%,50岁以上的老年患者感染铜绿假单胞的机率明显高于50岁以下的患者.经统计学分析（P〈0.05）对复方新诺明、氨苄西林＋舒巴坦耐药率97.2%,庆大霉素42.5%,耐药较低的有妥布霉素25.5%,头孢他定23.6%,阿米卡星20%,美罗培南17%,亚胺培南14.2%。结论肺结核病患者由于长期服药,免疫功能低下,易产生抗药性,用药应重视。

Susceptiple analysis of drugs against pulmpnary tuberculosis with pseudomonas aeruginosa concurrent infection

Objective To investigate the resistance in pseudomonas aeruginosa with antibiotic.Methods Among the 360 cases of patients with various types of pathogens,106 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with pseudomonas aeruginosa infection were taken to strain identification and antibiotic resistance test by france biomerieux（API 20NE）.Among them,19 cases were between 15～50 years old,and 87 cases were between 51～87 years old.Results The average infection rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa was 29.4%.Obviously,the infection rate among people over 50 years old was much higher than that people under the year of 50.Based on P-value analysis（P〈0.05）,Antibotic resistancein in 97.2%with cotrinoxazole（SMZ）.ampicillin/sulbactam,in 14.2%with lmipenem.Conclusion Treatment based on drug susceptibility test should be adapted in pulmonary tuberculosis with pseudomonas aeruyibosa infection.
