654例老年人心律失常临床探讨

报导了本院干部病房1993年1月～1996年12月1254份住院病人心律失常。其中老年组654例,男性548人,女性106人,年龄60～96岁。全部病例均做党规12导联心电图,部分病例做了24小时动态心电图或长时间心电监护。本组病例中发现,同一病例中有多种疾病存在,并同时存在多种心律失常。老年人心律失常是一种临床常见症状,但对其意义存在较大争议。本组病例均为各种疾病所致,且多为心血管疾病。认为应加强对基础疾病的治疗。

Clinical investigation of 654 senile patients with arrhythmia.

From 1993 to 1996, there were 654 senile patients with arrhythmia from total 1254 cases of arrhythmia in our Dept, in which 548 male, 106 female, 60-90 ages. All the patients were examinated with regular 12 leads connection, some with additional dynamic electrocadiogram in day and hight, or Holter monitor electroeadiography in long time. It was founded the there were different diseases and different arrhythmia companied in one same case. Senile arrhythmia is a commonly encounted sign, although its values in clinical still is underdisccussion. In reported cases, their causes ranged from different diseases, but most of them were induced by angiocardiopathy. So it showld be strengthed to cure the primary diseases.
