冠心病心绞痛从痰论治的临床与实验研究

本课题研究从中医的“津血同源，痰阏相关”理论出发，对冠心病心绞痛痰证患者采取了从痰论治的治法，以加减温胆汤治疗，并与活血化瘀的冠心Ⅱ号方做对照观察。观察组心绞痛缓解显效率６６．７％，总有效率为８６．７％；中医证候显效率７６．６％，总效率９３．３％；心电图显效率１６．７％，总有效率为４６．７％。

Clinical and Experimental Studies of Angina Pectoris of CHD Treated by Resolving Phlegm

According to TCM theory of "the fluid and blood are the same origin, the phlegm is related to blood stasis", we treated angina pectoris of CHD with Wendan decoction for resolving phlegm. The patients treated with decoction for promoting blond circulation and removing blood stasis served as controls. Results showed that in treated group, the significant rate were 66.7% for pain rehfe, 76.6?o for TCM symptoms improvement and 16.7% for EKG improvement, the total effective rate were 86.7%, 93.3% and 46.7% respectively, the effects were much better than those of control group. Experiments domonstrated that Wendan decoction can improve the acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits caused by pituitrin, lower the blood viscosity and improve the disorder of lipid metabolism. The studies provide the pharmacological evidence for clinical application of this decoction.
