脑梗塞发病与气象和时相的关系

本文根据天人相应学说研究了１１８２例脑梗塞发病与季节、气温、月廓盈亏的关系。发现冬春季发病高于夏秋委，与气温呈负相关；并与月廓盈亏有一定关系。参照月历发病情况与月廓盈亏关系图看出，其发病犹如潮汐有一定周期变化。这一认识对脑梗塞的防治有重要的现实意义。

Study on the Relationship Between the Occurrence of Cerebral Infarction and Meteorology, Phases of the Moon

Based on the TCM theory of "Tian Ren Xing Ying", which means relevant adaption of the human body to nature,a review of 1182 hosptal patients with cerebral infarction has been undertaken. Multivariater analyses reveal that the incidence of cerebral infarction is related to the wax and wane of the moon, season and air temperature ; the incidence is higher in spring and winter than in summer and autume (p<0. 01) , and is inversely proportional to the air temperature. Referring to the chart about the relation between the incidence in accordance with the lunar calender day by day and the moon movement , We found that the occurrence of the disease has some periodic changes just as rising and falling of the tide. The understanding of these results has important practical significance in taking precautions against the occurrence of cerebral infarction.
