补肾化瘀法改善缺血性认知障碍作用机理研究

摘    要:目的探讨补肾化瘀法改善缺血性认知障碍作用机理。方法采用电磁流量计、同位素标记微球法、碱羟胺比色法、放免法、多发性梗塞性痴呆(MID)大鼠模型,探讨补肾化瘀法增智作用机理。结果补肾化瘀法显著增加模型鼠脑血流量(CBF)、海马和皮质局部血流量(rCBF),提高海马和皮质乙酰胆碱(Ach)含量和神经肽精氨酸加压素(AVP)、生长抑素(SS)含量,降低血浆内皮素(ET)的含量,作用明显优于脑复康组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论增加脑CBF,调节脑组织神经递质、神经肽为补肾化瘀法干预血管性痴呆(VaD)的作用机理之一。

Abstract:Objective to study to the raputic mechanism of principle of tonifying the kidney and removing blood stasis for ischemia agnosia.Methods:model rats with MID were treated on above principle and detected with electromagnetic flowmeter and micropellet isotope label method,and neurous mediae (Ach,Avp.SS) and neuropepide(ET) with alkaline hydromine colorimetric method and radioimmunoassay(RIA)respectively.Results:levels of CBF,r CBF,Ach,Avp and SS ascend in brain,while level of ET descend in serum( P <0 01 or P<0 05 ).Conclusion:the results suggest that it may be a part of the mechanism of the principle in treatment of vascular dementia to increase CBF,adjust nervous mediae and nervous peptide.
