大黄附子汤治疗慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的：观察大黄附子汤治疗慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为西药对照组和联合治疗组，两者均用西医标准化方案治疗，给予有效的抗生素、吸氧、平喘、祛痰及利尿等常规综合治疗，联合治疗组患者则在此基础上加用大黄附子汤，疗程10天。用药前后分别检测患者的LVEF和血清BNP水平。结果两组患者经治疗后，LVEF较治疗前有明显上升（P﹤0.05），BNP较治疗前有明显下降（P﹤0.05），而联合治疗组的两项指标均较西药对照组有显著的改善（ P﹤0.05）。结论大黄附子汤对慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭有一定的治疗作用，西医常规治疗联合大黄附子汤治疗较单纯西医治疗的疗效更佳。

The curative effect observation about Rhubarb and Prepared Aconite decoction in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Rhubarb and Prepared Aconite Decoction in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods：Patients were randomly divided into western medicine group（ control group）and combined treatment group,both western medicine standardized treatment,given effective antibiotics,oxygen inhalation,asthma,expectorant and diuretic and other conventional treatment,the treatment group pa-tients based on the use of Rhubarb and Prepared Aconite Decoction,treatment course was 10 days. Patients with LVEF and serum BNP levels were measured before and after treatment. Results：Two groups of patients after treatment,LVEF increased compared with those before treatment（P﹤0. 05）,BNP decreased significantly compared with those before treatment（P﹤0. 05）,and two indexes of combined treatment group were lower than the western medicine group were improved significantly （P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：Rhubarb and Prepared Aconite Decoction has effect in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure,routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Rhubarb and Prepared Aconite Decoction was better curative effect than pure western medicine treatment.
