蒙医针刺对脑梗死患者血清相关指标的影响

目的观察蒙医针刺对于患者血清中常规脑梗标志物影响，探讨作用机制。方法脑梗死住院患者84例分为两组。常规组40例患者实施常规康复治疗；针刺组44例患者在常规康复治疗后每日进行1次针刺治疗。观察指标主要包括血脂相关指标、血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、血尿酸（UA）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、NIHSS评分。结果两组患者治疗后血清Hcy、UA、TC、TG、LDL-C、hs—CRP、NIHSS等指标改善明显（P〈0．05）；针刺结合康复与常规康复治疗相比，患者血清Hcy、UA、TC、TG、LDL—C、hs—CRP、NIHSS等改善更好（P〈0．05）。结论蒙医针刺可以有效改善脑梗死患者的炎性反应，预防动脉硬化的发生与发展，其可能机制为降低患者血清中的hs—CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C、UA、Hcy等相关危险因子，进而对于梗死患者的功能恢复与病灶的病理改变发挥作用。

Clinical Impact of Mongolian Acupuncture on Serum in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To evaluate impact of Mongolian acupuncture on serum in patients with cerebral infarc- tion. Methods： 84 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, general rehabilitation treatment group （40 cases） and general rehabilitation treatment combined with acupuncture group （44 cases）. The observa- tion index included serum TC.TG,LDL-C,HDL-C.HCY,UA.HSCRP and NIHSS scores. Results： There are sig- nificantly different in patients＇ serum related HCY,UA,TC,TG,LDL-C,Hs CRP,and NIHSS before and after treatment. Compared with general rehabilitation treatment group,there are significantly different in patients＇ serum related HCY, UA ,TC ,TG, LDL-C, Hs C RP, and NIHSS in Mongolian acupuncture group. Conclusion： Mongolian acupuncture can reduce the inflammatory factor of patients with cerebral infarction and prevent occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. The possible reasons for improvement is that decreased levels of risky factors such as HSCRP,TC ,TG,LDL - C ,UA,and HCY in serum of patients contribute to recovery and pathological change of
