VEGF 和 P53在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨三阴性乳腺癌（ TNBC）血管内皮生长因子（ VEGF）、P53的表达及临床意义。方法回顾性分析67例TNBC和125例NTNBC的临床病理特征，并应用免疫组织化学方法检测VEGF、P53在二者之间的表达差异。结果 VEGF在TNBC中的阳性表达率为70．1％，在NTNBC中的阳性表达率为32．8％，二者比较差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。 VEGF的表达与TNBC组的年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、病理类型及病理学分级无关。 P53在TNBC中的阳性表达率为67．2％，在NTNBC中的阳性表达率为47．2％，二者比较差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。 P53的表达与TNBC组的年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、病理类型及病理学分级无关（ P ＞0．05）。结论 TNBC有其独特的临床病理特征， VEGF、P53在TNBC组织中高表达，提示其恶性程度高，侵袭性强，预后差，VEGF、P53可以做为评估TNBC预后的重要参考因素。

Expression and clinical significance of VEGF,P53 in triple negative breast cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）,P53 in patients with triple negative breast cancer （TNBC）.Methods The clinicopathological characteristics in 67 cases of human TNBC and 125 cases of non TNBC （ NTNBC ） were retrospectively analyzed , and the expression levels of VEGF,P53 in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry .Results The positive expression rate of VEGF was 70. 1%in TNBC group,which was 32.8%in NTNBC group,there was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈0.05）. The expression of VEGF was not correlated to patient ＆#39;s age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, pathological types and histological classification in TNBC group.The positive expression rate of P53 in TNBC group was 67.2% in TNBC,however, which was 47.2%in NTNBC group,there was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈0.05）.The expression of P53 was not related with patien＆#39;s age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis ,pathological types and pathological grading in TNBC group （ P 〉0.05）.Conclusion The TNBC has unique clinicopathological characteristics .The overexpression of VEGF,P53 in TNBC tissues is closely correlated to high malignant degree ,tremendous invasion and poor prognosis ,therefore VEGF and P53 can be used as important reference indexes for evaluating prognosis of patients with TNBC .
