| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜手术结合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的疗效.方法将经电视腹腔镜确诊并经镜下手术的203例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者随机分成两组,手术加药物组术后给予孕三烯酮口服治疗.结果随访198例,时间1～24个月,术后总妊娠率55.05%.其中,手术加药物组妊娠率62.38%,对照组妊娠率44.33%,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论腹腔镜手术结合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕具有损伤小、恢复快、受孕率高等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of laparoscopic operations in endometriosis associated with sterility.Methods Two hundreds and three patients with EMT and sterility diagnosed by laparoscope were operated, who then were divided into two groups, one is contrast, the other group is treated by medicine.Results The total pregnant ratio is 55.05%,the pregnant ratio of treated with medicine is 62.38%, the ratio of contrast is 44.33%, the two have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic operations, characterized by minimal invasion, rapid postoperative recovery and better clinical effect, can be used in the treatment of endometriosis associated with sterility. |
