| 摘 要： | 研究采购与库存管理对于医疗单位发展有着非常重要的意义,本文对医用材料和后勤物资的采购与库存管理进行了详细阐述。分析了采购与库存中存在的问题,将供应链管理理论运用到医用材料和后勤物资的管理上,以实现采购与库存的科学管理。
