摘    要:目的 基于干质量、活性物质含量以及抗氧化能力,对甘肃产不同居群款冬Tussilago farfara花进行综合质量评价,并分析环境因素对质量形成的影响。方法 利用分光光度计和HPLC对39个居群款冬花主要活性物质含量和抗氧化能力进行测定,采用模糊综合评价法(fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method,FCAM)对综合质量进行评价,并利用SPSS软件对综合质量与环境因子的关系进行分析。结果 甘肃省39个不同居群款冬花干质量、7个主要活性物质含量(绿原酸、芦丁、异槲皮苷、款冬酮、可溶性糖、总黄酮和总酚类)以及抗氧化能力[1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)抑制率和铁离子还原/氧化能力(ferricreducing/antioxidant power,FRAP)值]存在显著差异,综合质量评价值(D)范围0.10~0.61,其中,庄浪县水洛镇综合质量最高(D=0.61),其次为积石山县吹麻滩镇(D=0.57)和成县小川镇(D=0.56)。相关性分析表明,活性物质含量和抗氧化能力与年平均气温和降雨量呈...

Abstract:Objective To appraise the comprehensive quality of Tussilago farfara from different populations in Gansu province based on dry weight (DW), bioactive compounds contents and antioxidant capacity, and analyze the effect of environmental factors on quality formation. Methods The contents of main bioactive compounds and antioxidant capacity of T. farfara from 39 populations in Gansu province were determined by spectrophotometer and HPLC, the comprehensive quality was appraised by FCAM, and the correlation between comprehensive quality and environmental factors was analyzed by SPSS software. Results There were significant differences in the DW, contents of seven main bioactive compounds (chlorogenic acid, rutin, isoquercitrin, tussilagone, soluble sugar, total flavonoids and total phenolics) and antioxidant capacity (DPPH scavenging activity and FRAP value) among the 39 populations, with the comprehensive appraisal value (D) ranging from 0.10 to 0.61, and Zhuanglang county displaying the highest value (D = 0.61), followed by Jishishan County (D = 0.57) and Chengxian County (D = 0.56). The correlation analysis showed that there was a negative relationship of bioactive compounds contents and antioxidant capacity with annual average temperature and rainfall. Conclusion The comprehensive quality of T. farfara from Zhuanglang, Jishishan and Chengxian counties presents better than other regions in Gansu province, and it can be improved when plants grow under eligible cold and drought environments.
