| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血β2微球蛋白在新生儿高胆红素血症患儿血中的变化及临床诊疗意义。方法对临床确诊的48例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿进行血β2微球蛋白含量测定,并与正常新生儿进行对比分析。结果新生儿高胆红素血症患儿血β2微球蛋白含量明显增高,且新生儿高胆红素血症患儿血胆红素水平越高,血β2微球蛋白含量亦明显增高,胆红素水平的高低与血β2微球蛋白含量呈明显正相关。结论血β2微球蛋白在新生儿高胆红素血症时明显升高,且与胆红素水平呈正相关,提示临床在治疗新生儿高胆红素血症患儿的同时,应加强肾脏的保护治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the change and significance of clinical diagnosis and therapy of blood β2-MG in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods： The concentration of blood β2-MG in 48 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia,compared with that of 22 normal neonates.Results： The concentration of blood β2-MG in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia was significantly higher than that in normal neonates.Besides the higher the concentration of Bililubion in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia,the higher the concentration of blood β2-MG In other words,there is obvious correlation between the concentration of blood β2-MG and the level of Bililubion.Conclusion：The concentration of blood β2-MG in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia becames evidently high,yet related to related level of Bililubion.Which indicates that it should be strengthened to protect and treatment the kidney during clinical therapy of the neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. |
