摘    要:目的:探讨急性脑卒中时空腹血糖(FBS)、糖化血红蛋白Ale(HbAlc)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)联合测定的临床意义。方法:50例急性脑卒中患者进行欧洲脑卒中(ESS)评分,测定FBS、HbAlc、LDH及中性粒细胞(NEUT)比例,按疾病类型及FBS与HbAlc联合两种方法分组,比较各组间指标差异。结果:脑出血组的ESS评分低于脑梗死组,NEUT高比例的发生率及LDH水平高于脑梗死组(P〈0.05),非糖尿病性高血糖组ESS评分低于正常血糖组(P〈0.01)和糖尿病性高血糖组(P〈0.05),NEUT高比例的发生率及LDH水平高于正常血糖组(P〈0.01)和糖尿病性高血糖组(P〈0.05)。结论:高FBS伴HbAlc正常的急性脑卒中患者的LDH水平高.病情重.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of blood glucose and HbAlc combined with lactate dehydrogenase in acute stroke patients.Methods:50 patients hospitalized with acute stroke were divided into different groups by types of stroke and FBS with HbAlc.ESS scores,blood pressure,fast blood glucose,HbAlc,serum lipids,LDH and percentage of neutrophil were also measured.Results:Compared with iscbemic strokes,ESS scores were significantly lower in hemorrhagic strokes,but the level of LDH and the incidence of the high percentage of neutrophil were higher(P<0.05).ESS score in cases of hyperglycaemia without DM was significantly lower than that in normal FBS(P<0.01) and hyperglycacmia with DM (P<0.05).The level of LDH and the incidence of the high percentage of neutrophil in cases of hyperglycaemia without DM were higher than throe in normal FBS(P<0.01)and hyperglycsemia with DM(P<0.05).Conclusions:The results suggest that acute stroke patients who have hyperglycsemia with normal HbAlc have higher levels of LDH and more critical conditions.
