| 摘 要： | 目的介绍外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床体会。方法 26例患者采用外固定支架结合有限内固定方法治疗,按Ruedi和Allgower分型:Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型18例。结果采用Mazur评分标准评估手术疗效,优14例,良7例,中4例,差1例。优良率80%。结论外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗Pilon骨折疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce external fixator combined with limited internal fixation in the treatment of Pilon fracture clinical experience.Methods 26 patients were treated with external fixation combined with limited internal fixation for the treatment of,according to Ruedi and Allgower type: Ⅱ 8 cases,Ⅲ 18 cases.Results According to Mazur standard evaluating operation effect,excellent in 14 cases,good in 7 cases,in 4 cases,poor in 1 cases.The excellent and good rate of 80%.Conclusion The external fixator combined with limited internal fixation for the treatment of Pilon fracture with. |
