竹叶总黄酮对缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨竹叶总黄酮对缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心功能的影响。方法:采用左冠状动脉结扎的方法复制大鼠缺血再灌注损伤模型。分别测定假手术组、模型组、辛伐他汀组和竹叶总黄酮组的左室收缩压(LVSP),左室舒张末压(LVEDP)及左室最大压力上升及下降速率(±dp/dtm ax)并记录心律失常发生的类型和频率。结果:与模型组比较,竹叶总黄酮组、辛伐他汀组LVSP和+dp/dtm ax均显著升高(P<0.01),LVEDP和心律失常的发生均减少(P<0.01,P<0.05);竹叶总黄酮组+dp/dtm ax显著高于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05)。结论:竹叶总黄酮能够保护缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的心功能。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of bamboo leaves flavonoid on heart function in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Rat model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was prepared by hgating the left coronary artery. LVSP, LVEDP, ± dp/dtmax in sham group, model group, simvastatin group, bamboo leaves ilavonoid group were determined respectively, and the type and frequency of arrhythmia was also recorded. Results Compared with the model group, LVSP and ± dp/dtmax were significantly increased in simvastatin group and bamboo leaves flavonoid group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ,the frequency of arrhythmia and LVEDP were all decreased(P 〈 0.05 ); ± dp/dtmax in bamboo leaves flavonoid group was significantly higher than that in simvastatin group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Bamboo leaves ilavonoid could effectively protect the heart function in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
