| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT导向、立体定向射频热凝术治疗脑深部恶性肿瘤的临床应用价值。方法:CT薄层扫描对肿瘤进行定位,10mm钻头同侧额部钻孔,肿瘤中心部位快速活检病理证实为胶质瘤,置入射频针进行多靶点射频热凝治疗。结果:12例丘脑基底节区Ⅱ～Ⅲ级胶质瘤患者接受治疗,术后症状明显好转,肿瘤缩小。结论:立体定向射频热凝术治疗脑深部恶性肿瘤疗效理想,有创伤小、并发症少、安全可靠等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:Initially to explore the clinical value of stereotactic radiofrequency therapy for deeply located cerebral malignant tumors.Methods:Localization of tumors with thinning CT scanning,10mm lengthy intracranial-lesions-infiltrating into tumor side lobe,rapidly pathological diagnosing of gliomas with stereotactic biopsy in tumor centre and inserting the radiofrequency needle were performed prior to multiple-target stereotactic surgery.Results:12 cases of glioma(grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ) at the basal ganglion area underwent this treatment.The tumors shrank and the symptoms improved markedly after radiofrequency.Conclusion:Stereotactic radiofrequency therapy for deeply located cerebral malignant tumors is clinically more valuable,effective,safe and reliable with very mild trauma and few complications. |
