| 摘 要： | 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是系统性疾病,临床常合并急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI),死亡率高,尤其见于老年患者.AKI与ALI通过多种因素介导相互作用、相互损伤,从而使死亡率急剧增高.本文主要关注老年AKI和Au相互作用的相关机制,探讨治疗策略,期待可以积累经验深化认识,改善患者预后.

| Abstract: | Acute kidney injury（AKI） is a kind of systemic disease with high mortality,often combined with acute lung injury（ALI）,and frequently-seen in senile patients.AKI and ALI interact with each other by various factors and damage each other,which rapidly increased the mortality.This article mainly focuses on the mechanism of the interaction between AKI and ALI,and discusses the therapies,so as to gather experience,deepen recognition,and improve the prognosis of patients. |
