中西医结合治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛65例疗效观察

目的:观察心血宁片中西医结合治疗稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将65例稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为两组。对照组30例给予硝酸酯等西医常规治疗,治疗组35例在硝酸酯等西医常规治疗的基础上给予心血宁片,每次4片,每日3次口服,疗程为14天。结果:治疗组显效17例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率为91.43%(95%CI=76.74%～98.18%);对照组显效7例,有效14例,无效9例,总有效率为70.00%(95%CI=53.60%～86.40%);两组综合疗效比较(u=2.373 8,P=0.018 1),差异有显著性意义。两组心电图疗效比较,差异无显著性意义。结论:心血宁片中西医结合治疗稳定性心绞痛的临床疼痛疗效优于单纯西医治疗,其收益为OR=0.22(95%CI=0.05～0.90),NNT=5(95%CI=2.48～39.84)。改善心电图缺血性改变的疗效尚不确定。

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Tablet for Heart-blood Tranquil on Stable Angina, A Report of 65 Cases

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on stable angina. Methods：65 cases with stable angina were divided into two groups randomly. 30 cases in control group were treated with conventional therapy of western medicine, and 35 ones in treatment group were treated with Tablet for Heart-blood Tranquil on the basis of conventional therapy of western medicine ,4 pieces each time and 3 times a day. One treatment group included 14 days. Results：In treatment group 17 cases were ex- cellent,15 ones effective, and 3 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.43% （95% CI = 76.74% - 98. 18% ）. In control group 7 cases were excellent, 14 ones effective,and 9 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 70. 00% （95% CI = 53.60% - 86. 40% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ u = 2. 373 8, P = 0. 018 1 ）. Conclusion ： Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has better effect than single western medicine ,OR = 0.22 （95% CI = O. 05 - 0.90 ）, NNT = 5 （95% CI = 2. 48 - 39.84 ）. But improving ischemic change on electrocardiogram is uncertain.
