原发性肝癌患者ABO血型与其乙肝病毒学指标关系探讨

目的 探讨原发性肝癌(primary hepatic carcinoma,PHC)患者ABO血型分布特点及其与HBV感染模式和HBV-DNA定量之间的关系.方法 采用ABORhD血型定型试剂卡对435例PHC患者进行ABO血型鉴定,化学发光微粒子免疫分析法(chemiluminescence microparticle immuno assay,CMIA)检测HBV感染各项指标,采用实时荧光定量PCR(real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,FQ-PCR)对HBV-DNA进行定量测定.采用χ2检验进行统计学分析.选择本地区正常人群作为对照组,计算其ABO各血型分布比例.结果 435例PHC患者中,ABO血型分布为A型>B型>O型>AB型,对照组ABO血型分布为O型>A型>B型>AB型;患者不同HBV感染模式与各血型分布无显著性差异,但是A型和AB型PHC患者其HBV-DNA定量水平有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 ABO血型与PHC的发生以及HBV病毒载量存在一定关系.

Study of theRelationship between ABO blood group, HBV-markers and quantification of HBV-DNA of PHC patients

Objective: To investigate the correlation between ABO blood group and HBV infection mode and quantification of HBV-DNA in PHC patients.Methods: Human ABO,RhD Blood grouping cards(Microcolum Gel immunoassay cards) were used to detect the ABO blood group,CMIA was used for assay of HBV-markers and FQ-PCR was used forquantitative analysis of HBV-DNA of the PHC patients respectively.Results: The ABO blood type distribution in 435 PHC patients was: A>B>O>AB,which is different from that of normal control(O>A>B>AB).There is no significant correlation between HBV infection mode and blood group distribution in PHC patients.However,the HBV-DNA quantification level in PHC patients with A blood type is significantly different from that of patients with AB blood type(P<0.05).Conclusions: The ABO blood group distribution is correlated with HBV-DNA quantification and oncogenesis of PHC patients.
