经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石300例临床效果分析

目的 探讨经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床效果.方法 对300例输尿管结石患者给予经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术和取石治疗.结果 300例患者碎石失败46例,失败率为15.33%.经过比较300例患者手术情况后发现,上段结石患者碎石失败率及平均手术时间,均明显高于中下段结石患者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 经输导管镜气压弹道碎石方法安全,效果确切,损伤小,但是对输尿管上段结石效果有待进一步提高.

Clinic application of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of 300 cases of ureteric stones

Objective: To evaluate of clinical effect for the ureteric stones by pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope for ureteral calculi.Methods: 300 cases of ureteral calculus underwent pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope for gravel and stone therapy.Results: Out of 300 cases of patients,46 failed with a ratio of 15.33%.After operation,we were compared the two groups and found upper ureteral calculi lithotripsy had a higher failure rate and a longer average operation time than that of middle and lower ureteral stones,differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Treatment of ureteral ureteric with pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope is less invasive,safe,effective,but not ideal for upper ureteral calculi.
